Amends Florida Statutes sections 409.9071, 409.9072, and 409.908 to update provisions for Medicaid reimbursement of school-based services provided by school districts, charter schools, and private schools

Removes the requirement that certified state and local education funds for school-based services be limited to children with specified disabilities who are eligible for IDEA, exceptional student education programs, or who have individualized educational plans

Expands eligibility for private and charter school Medicaid reimbursement to children under 21 who are eligible for Medicaid, removing the previous requirement that they also have specified disabilities or individualized educational plans

Changes the federal authority for waiving school-based provider qualifications from the "Health Care Financing Administration" to the "United States Department of Health and Human Services"
