Adds current and former judicial assistants to the list of court personnel whose home addresses, dates of birth, and telephone numbers are exempt from public records disclosure under Florida law

Extends the same exemption to spouses and children of judicial assistants, protecting their names, home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, places of employment, and school/day care locations

Extends the sunset review date for the judicial personnel exemption from October 2, 2022 to October 2, 2024

Justifies the exemption based on safety concerns, noting that judicial assistants assist with rulings, judgments, and sentences that may create animosity from litigants, the accused, and convicted individuals
