Amends safe schools allocation funding distribution for fiscal year 2019-2020, requiring funds for school resource officer programs be used exclusively for employing or contracting additional officers and distributed to all districts based on proportionate share of unweighted full-time equivalent student enrollment

Requires district school superintendents to remit any unused Coach Aaron Feis Guardian Program funds from fiscal year 2018-2019 to the Department of Education by July 1, 2019

Authorizes the Department of Education to redistribute returned Guardian Program funds to school districts that have not previously participated in the program, upon their request

Redistributed funds must be used for implementing safety and security best practices and threat assessment teams in accordance with s. 1006.07(6) and (7)
