Increases maximum authorized width for ATVs from 50 inches to 55 inches and maximum dry weight from 1,200 pounds to 1,500 pounds

Increases maximum authorized width for ROVs (recreational off-highway vehicles) from 65 inches to 80 inches and maximum dry weight from 2,000 pounds to 2,500 pounds

Amends definitions in Florida Statutes sections 261.03, 316.2074, and 317.0003 to reflect the new size and weight limits

Maintains existing restriction that ATVs may only operate on public roads during daytime on unpaved roadways with speed limits under 35 mph
