Exempts Healthy Florida Board meetings from public meeting requirements when discussing litigation, personnel, contracting, and rates

Makes personal identifying information in health records collected by Healthy Florida confidential and exempt from public records requirements, including religious beliefs, national origin, ethnicity, and immigration status

Prohibits Healthy Florida, state/local agencies, and public employees from disclosing protected personal information to anyone, including the Federal Government, for law enforcement or immigration purposes

Both exemptions are subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will be automatically repealed on October 2, 2024, unless reenacted by the Legislature

Effective date is contingent on passage of HB 697 or similar legislation in the same legislative session
