Amends Section 760.01 of the Florida Statutes to expand the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992 to protect individuals from discrimination and gentrification based on poverty or low to moderate income status.

Adds language establishing that the act must protect individuals' interest in personal dignity and respect, and must avoid all forms of involuntary servitude or adverse terms and conditions.

Adds poverty and low to moderate income status to the existing list of protected categories, which includes race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, handicap, and marital status.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
