Creates Florida Statute s. 775.216 establishing work restrictions for persons convicted of certain sexual offenses against victims under 16 years of age, including violations of ss. 794.011, 800.04, 827.071, 847.0135(5), and 847.0145.

Prohibits individuals with such convictions from performing any unsupervised remunerated or voluntary work at dwelling units, premises, schools, child care facilities, parks, or playgrounds.

Establishes criminal penalties: violations by individuals with first-degree or higher convictions result in third-degree felonies; violations by individuals with second or third-degree convictions result in first-degree misdemeanors.

Applies the same restrictions and penalties to persons convicted of similar offenses in other jurisdictions, with penalties based on whether the out-of-state conviction was substantially similar to a first-degree or higher felony versus a second or third-degree felony.

Excludes individuals who have been removed from sexual offender or sexual predator registration requirements and applies to offenses occurring on or after October 1, 2019, with the act taking effect on that date.
