Amends Florida education funding law to add 0.3 full-time equivalent student membership value for each student earning a College Board Advanced Placement Capstone Diploma beginning in the 2019-2020 academic year.

Maintains existing 0.16 full-time equivalent student membership value for students scoring 3 or higher on College Board Advanced Placement Examinations.

Requires school districts to allocate at least 80 percent of advanced placement funds to the high school generating those funds.

Mandates teacher bonuses: $50 per student scoring 3 or higher on Advanced Placement Examinations, plus an additional $500 bonus for teachers in schools with a grade of "D" or "F" who have at least one qualifying student.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
