Amends section 383.324 to require advanced birth centers to pay an inspection fee to the Agency for Health Care Administration, with the agency coordinating periodic inspections to minimize costs and service disruptions.

Amends section 408.033 to include advanced birth centers in the list of health care facilities subject to local health council assessments, with an annual fee of $150.

Takes effect contingent upon HB 383 or similar legislation being adopted in the same legislative session and becoming law.
