Revises the corporate boundaries of the Village of Indiantown in Martin County, Florida, by amending chapter 2017-195 of Florida law, with the total incorporated area changing from approximately 9,073 acres to 9,397.5 acres.

Allows millages levied by special districts and within municipal service taxing units to be used for an indefinite period of time for purposes of complying with Florida Statutes section 218.23(1) regarding ad valorem taxation.

Waives provisions of section 218.23(1), Florida Statutes, for conducting audits and financial reporting through the end of the village fiscal year 2018-2019.

Establishes that the Village of Indiantown shall participate in all state revenue sharing programs effective April 1, 2018, with initial population estimates determined by the University of Florida Bureau of Economic and Business Research, or by Martin County Department of Community Development if the bureau cannot provide an estimate.

Becomes effective upon becoming law.
