Exempts names of foster parent applicants and licensed foster parents at Level III homes, plus their spouses, minor children, and other adult household members, from public records requirements under Florida Statutes and the State Constitution.

Exempts additional identifying information including home and business addresses, telephone numbers, birth dates, medical records, floor plans, and photographs for foster parent applicants and licensed foster parents.

Makes exempted information public 5 years after a foster parent applicant is rejected or a foster parent's license expires, except medical records remain permanently exempt.

Creates exception to exemption: names become public if a foster parent applicant or licensed foster parent is charged with an offense or if the Department suspends or revokes their license.

Exempts names and contact information of character and neighbor references for foster parent applicants and licensed foster parents, and applies exemption retroactively; portions of exemption subject to repeal on October 2, 2024, unless reenacted by Legislature.
