Extends the expiration date of the Early Childhood Music Education Incentive Pilot Program from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2022.

Eligible school districts must have certified music educators provide at least 30 consecutive minutes of music instruction 2 days per week to all kindergarten through grade 2 students.

Selected school districts receive $150 per full-time equivalent student enrolled in the comprehensive music education program.

Districts must annually certify compliance with program requirements or return all funds received for that fiscal year.

The University of Florida's College of Education evaluates program effectiveness through quantitative analysis of student achievement and qualitative assessment of student outcomes.
