Creates the Women's Suffrage Centennial Commemoration Committee adjunct to the Florida Department of State to plan a statewide observance of the centennial of women's suffrage in 2020.

Committee membership includes the Secretary of State, Director of the Division of Historical Resources, and 9 appointed members representing women's history scholars, the Florida Historical Commission, the Florida Commission on the Status of Women, historians, citizen members, and the National Council of Negro Women.

Committee duties include advising on programs and activities to commemorate women's suffrage, facilitating state-wide observances, encouraging civic and organizational participation, and coordinating distribution of scholarly research and interpretation.

Division of Historical Resources shall provide administrative and staff support for the committee.

The committee expires December 31, 2020, and the act takes effect July 1, 2019.
