Expands Florida's public records exemption to include information identifying pregnant minors under 18 seeking judicial waivers of parental consent requirements for abortion.

Applies exemption to records held by circuit courts, appellate courts, offices of criminal conflict and civil regional counsel, and the Justice Administrative Commission.

Exemption is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically expires on October 2, 2024, unless the Legislature votes to reenact it.

Cites public necessity for confidentiality based on protection of minors' safety, reputation, and vulnerability to abuse by abusers who might learn of their pregnancy and abortion plans.

Takes effect contingent upon HB 1335 or similar legislation being adopted and enacted in the same legislative session.
