Repeals s. 918.19, F.S., eliminating the requirement that prosecuting attorneys open closing arguments in criminal trials and the structured rebuttal process

Repeals s. 922.095, F.S. and s. 922.108, F.S., removing requirements that death row inmates pursue all collateral remedies in state court and prohibitions against specifying execution methods in death sentences

Repeals s. 924.051, F.S., which required strict enforcement of terms and conditions for direct appeals and collateral review in criminal cases

Removes Department of Corrections' authority to require supervised offenders to pay for urinalysis testing, eliminates the requirement for the department to establish payment plans for court-ordered costs, and deletes the mandate that victim restitution take precedence over other court-ordered payments
