Removes the restriction limiting diversion program expunction to misdemeanor offenses only, allowing expunction for other offense types.

Requires minors seeking expunction to submit an official written statement from the state attorney certifying successful completion of the county's diversion program.

Minors who successfully complete a diversion program may lawfully deny or fail to acknowledge their participation, except when inquired by criminal justice agencies for specific authorized purposes.

Effective July 1, 2019.
