Authorizes Pasco County School Board to pay Marcus Button $1,246,215.29 for injuries from a September 22, 2006 school bus accident caused by negligent school bus driver John E. Kinne.

Authorizes Pasco County School Board to pay Mark and Robin Button (Marcus's parents) $261,148.95 as compensation for injuries and damages to their son from the same accident.

Jury found Pasco County School Board 65% liable, Ms. Juettner (driver of struck vehicle) 20% liable, and Marcus Button 15% liable for the crash.

Limits total fees and expenses from the awarded amount: attorney fees capped at $301,472.85, lobbying fees capped at $75,368.21, and costs/other expenses capped at $4,558.31.

School Board previously paid $163,000 under the statutory limit of $200,000; this act provides additional compensation for the balance of the trial court's judgment.
