Removes the October 2, 2019 scheduled repeal date for public records and meeting exemptions related to the Ed and Ethel Moore Alzheimer's Disease Research Program, making the exemptions permanent

Applications for Alzheimer's disease research grants submitted to the advisory board, and records generated during review (except final recommendations), remain confidential and exempt from public records requirements

Portions of board meetings where grant applications are discussed remain exempt from public meeting requirements, though closed sessions must be recorded and maintained by the board

Confidential information may be disclosed with written consent of the individual involved, their legal representative, or by court order showing good cause
