Removes the scheduled October 2, 2019 repeal date for the public records exemption protecting personal identifying information of employees, contractors, and volunteers at public research facilities conducting animal research

Maintains the existing exemption from public records disclosure under s. 119.07(1) and the State Constitution for personal identifying information contained in animal care records, research protocols, purchasing/funding/billing records, animal care committee records, and facility/laboratory records

Applies to public research facilities including state universities engaged in animal research or related activities

Effective date of October 1, 2019
