Amends Section 252.905, Florida Statutes, to make permanent the public records exemption for information furnished by persons or businesses to the Division of Emergency Management for emergency planning assistance

Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2019 that was previously set under the Open Government Sunset Review Act

Information covered by the exemption is protected from disclosure under both Section 119.07(1) and Article I, Section 24(a) of the State Constitution

Exemption applies retroactively to information held by the division before, on, or after the original effective date

Effective date: October 1, 2019
