Amends section 655.057, Florida Statutes, to remove the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2019 for public records exemptions covering informal enforcement actions and trade secrets held by the Office of Financial Regulation.

Eliminates the requirement that subsections (3) and (4) be subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeal unless reviewed and saved through reenactment by the Legislature.

Makes the exemptions for informal enforcement actions and trade secrets permanent rather than subject to periodic sunset review.

Takes effect October 1, 2019.
