Reenacts sections where portions were inadvertently omitted during prior legislative amendments, including s. 163.3164 (Community Planning Act definitions), s. 893.13(7) (prohibited acts relating to controlled substances), and s. 1006.12 (safe-school officers)

Updates various statutory cross-references to conform to redesignations made by prior legislative sessions, including references within sections on court-ordered expunction, child abuse definitions, and school funding
