Repeals 14 Florida Statutes provisions that have become inoperative due to built-in expiration dates or self-executing repeal clauses between June 2017 and October 2018

Removes expired programs including the renewable energy technologies investment tax credit (expired December 31, 2018), the Florida Smart City Challenge Grant Program (expired July 1, 2018), and a pilot rebuilt motor vehicle inspection program (expired July 1, 2018)

Eliminates expired public records exemptions related to automated notification systems for domestic violence and repeat/sexual/dating violence protective injunctions that had sunset clauses effective October 2, 2018

Repeals provisions related to direct support organizations for the Council on the Social Status of Black Men and Boys and for assisting crime victims, both of which expired October 1, 2018

Makes conforming amendments to update cross-references and renumber subsections in statutes affected by the repealed provisions, including textbook affordability reporting requirements
