Extends the Early Childhood Music Education Incentive Pilot Program expiration date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2022

School districts participating in the program receive $150 per full-time equivalent student in kindergarten through grade 2 enrolled in comprehensive music education programs

Eligible districts must provide music instruction for at least 30 consecutive minutes, 2 days per week, staffed by certified music educators and compliant with class size requirements

University of Florida's College of Education evaluates program effectiveness by measuring student academic performance and program success

Selected districts must be located near the University of Florida and meet needs-based criteria established by the State Board of Education
