Extends Medicaid eligibility to adults under 65 with incomes up to 133% of the federal poverty level, as authorized by the Affordable Care Act (42 U.S.C. s. 1396a(a)(10)(A)(i)(VIII))

Amends section 409.904, Florida Statutes, governing optional payments for medical assistance and related services

Makes Medicaid expansion subject to availability of funds and any limitations set by the General Appropriations Act or chapter 216

Effective date of July 1, 2019
