Mandates local governments that charge building permit fees to create and post a "building permit and inspection utilization report" on their websites by December 31, 2020

Reports must include direct and indirect costs for enforcing the Florida Building Code, including personnel services, salaries, benefits, and operating expenses

Reports must contain permit utilization data including number of applications submitted, permits issued, inspections requested and conducted, private provider inspections, and audits of private providers

Reports must disclose revenue information including fees, fines, investment earnings, balances carried forward, balances refunded, and other revenue sources including general revenue

Local governments must update their utilization reports before making any adjustments to fee schedules after the initial December 31, 2020 deadline
