Requires each Florida school district to adopt a tobacco-free policy prohibiting the use or distribution of tobacco products in all school facilities, on school grounds, in school vehicles, and at all school functions

Policy must apply to faculty, administrators, staff, school bus drivers, organizations using school property, and anyone supervising students during school-sponsored activities

School districts must establish procedures to communicate the tobacco-free policy to staff, students, families, visitors, and the public, and must refer individuals to voluntary cessation education programs

Prohibits using school district facilities, property, or vehicles for tobacco product advertising

Expands the existing ban on smoking within 1,000 feet of schools to apply to all persons, not just those under 18, and removes the previous 6 a.m. to midnight time restriction
