Prohibits knowingly selling, lending, distributing, transmitting, showing, advertising, or possessing with intent to distribute an "obscene, child-like sex doll," punishable as a third-degree felony (second-degree felony for repeat offenses)

Makes simple possession of an obscene, child-like sex doll without intent to distribute a first-degree misdemeanor (third-degree felony for repeat offenses)

Amends section 847.011, Florida Statutes, by adding these new provisions to the existing law governing obscene and lewd materials

Reenacts multiple related statutes to incorporate the amendment, including provisions on confiscation of obscene materials, search warrant grounds, DNA database definitions, and racketeering activity definitions

Effective date of October 1, 2019
