Creates Chapter 908, Florida Statutes, prohibiting state entities, local governments, and law enforcement agencies from adopting "sanctuary policies" that impede cooperation with federal immigration enforcement

Requires law enforcement agencies to comply with immigration detainers issued by federal agencies when supported by probable cause documentation and an arrest or removal warrant

Mandates county correctional facilities enter agreements with federal immigration agencies for housing persons subject to immigration detainers and receiving reimbursement for associated costs

Provides exceptions for crime victims and witnesses who cooperate with investigations, and for victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, sexual assault, and other specified serious crimes

Authorizes the Governor and Attorney General to take legal action against local governments and officials who violate the law, with courts required to enjoin unlawful sanctuary policies
