Expands the definition of "home addresses" for public records exemptions to include physical address, mailing address, parcel identification number, plot identification number, GPS coordinates, neighborhood name and lot number, and any other descriptive property information that may reveal a home address

Extends public records exemptions to active or former civilian personnel employed by law enforcement agencies (not just sworn officers), protecting their home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and photographs from disclosure

Protects identifying information of spouses and children of civilian law enforcement agency employees, including names, home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, places of employment, and names/locations of schools and day care facilities

Allows covered personnel to authorize release of their exempt information through a notarized written request specifying what information to release and to whom

Consolidates sunset review provisions for all agency personnel exemptions under a single October 2, 2024 repeal date, subject to legislative review under the Open Government Sunset Review Act
