Directs the Agency for Health Care Administration to establish a statewide centralized registry for patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) symptoms, a severe type of heart attack

Requires all percutaneous coronary intervention capable (PCI-capable) health care facilities to report STEMI patient treatment data to the registry following nationally recognized guidelines; non-PCI-capable facilities may voluntarily report

Authorizes the agency to contract with a public or private entity to maintain the registry, contingent on specific legislative appropriation, with annual reports due each January 1

Provides immunity from civil, criminal, and professional disciplinary liability for persons and health care providers who report information to the registry in good faith

Allows disclosure of confidential emergency call records containing patient information to the agency and contracted registry entity, and requires information sharing between departments regarding transport of suspected STEMI patients
