Proposes a constitutional amendment to limit school board members to eight consecutive years in office, after which they cannot appear on the ballot for reelection

Applies only to terms of office beginning on or after November 3, 2020; prior service would not count toward the eight-year limit

Requires voter approval at the next general election or an earlier special election specifically authorized by law

Amends Article IX, Section 4 of the Florida Constitution and creates a new section in Article XII (Schedule)
