Prohibits the state-approved student learning growth formula (measuring performance on standardized English Language Arts and math assessments) from being used as the sole factor in determining where classroom teachers and instructional staff are placed

Applies to classroom teachers as defined in s. 1012.01(2)(a) and other instructional staff as defined in s. 1012.01(2)(d)

Amends section 1012.34, Florida Statutes, relating to personnel evaluation procedures and criteria
