Increases the maximum duration for voter-approved additional school district millage levies from 4 years to 10 years

Applies to additional millage for school operational purposes that, combined with nonvoted millage, cannot exceed the 10-mill constitutional limit

Funds generated from this additional millage are excluded from Florida Education Finance Program calculations and hold-harmless formula components

Maintains the restriction that only one millage election may be held within any 12-month period

Effective date of July 1, 2019
