Increases the maximum authorized width for ROVs (recreational off-highway vehicles) from 65 inches to 80 inches and maximum dry weight from 2,000 pounds to 2,500 pounds

ROVs continue to be excluded from golf cart and low-speed vehicle classifications under Florida law

ATVs remain prohibited on public roads except during daytime on unpaved roadways with speed limits under 35 mph
