Establishes the Exceptional Student Education State Assessment Accommodation Task Force within the Department of Education to recommend improvements for standardized test accommodations for students with disabilities

Task force consists of 16 members appointed by the Governor (5), Senate President (5), House Speaker (5), and the Commissioner of Education, including school administrators, teachers of exceptional students, and parents of students with special needs

Appointments must be made within 30 days of the act's effective date, with the task force convening by July 1, 2019 and meeting at least six times at locations throughout the state

Task force must review current Florida accommodations, accommodations used by other states, and testimony from education stakeholders including teachers, parents, principals, and superintendents

Recommendations due to the State Board of Education by October 1, 2019, with the Board submitting a final written report to the Governor and Legislature by November 1, 2019, after which the task force expires
