Allows county health departments to designate up to two employees as "county-designated caregivers" who can be registered to assist multiple student patients with medical marijuana use during the school day

Requires school principals to designate an isolated area on school grounds where marijuana may be administered to qualified student patients; prohibits storage of marijuana and delivery devices on school property

Provides civil liability protection for county-designated caregivers who act as reasonably prudent persons when assisting students with medical marijuana use

Removes the requirement that each district school board adopt its own policy for qualified patient students to access medical marijuana, replacing it with the statewide Department of Health framework funded through the Grants and Donations Trust Fund
