Sets tiered mandatory minimum sentences based on dosage unit quantity: 120-499 units (3 years, up to $25,000 fine); 500-999 units (7 years, up to $50,000 fine); 1,000-4,999 units (15 years, up to $100,000 fine); 5,000+ units (25 years, up to $250,000 fine)

Reenacts numerous Florida statutes to incorporate references to the amended trafficking law, including provisions related to background checks, bail, pretrial detention, and criminal sentencing
