Creates the "Clinic Protection Act" (Chapter 762, Florida Statutes) to protect reproductive health services facilities, clients, providers, and assistants from interference, intimidation, and property damage

Prohibits intentionally injuring, intimidating, or interfering with reproductive health services clients, providers, or assistants through force, threats, or physical obstruction

Establishes criminal penalties including second-degree misdemeanor (up to 6 months jail, $2,000-$5,000 fines) for nonviolent physical obstruction and first-degree misdemeanor (up to 1 year jail, $25,000-$50,000 fines) for violations involving force or property damage

Authorizes civil actions by aggrieved persons or the Attorney General, state attorneys, or city attorneys, with statutory damages of $1,000-$5,000 per violation and civil penalties up to $25,000 for subsequent violations

Requires courts to protect the health, safety, and privacy of victims and witnesses, including authority to issue restraining orders restricting photography and allowing use of pseudonyms in civil proceedings
