Requires all identifiable witnesses to be interviewed and all evidence (including complaints, witness statements, incident reports, GPS data, and audio/video recordings) to be provided to a firefighter before interrogation begins

Prohibits threatening firefighters with transfer, dismissal, or disciplinary action during interrogation, in addition to existing prohibitions on offensive language and incentives

Requires interrogation transcripts to be provided to firefighters within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) upon request, at no charge

Mandates that firefighters receive notice of disciplinary actions (dismissal, demotion, transfer, reassignment, or actions resulting in loss of pay/benefits) along with the reason before the effective date

Requires employing agencies to provide complete investigative files to firefighters facing suspension with pay loss, demotion, or dismissal, and give them the opportunity to address findings before disciplinary action is taken
