Expands legislative intent for apprenticeship training from "young people" to all Florida "residents"

Requires the Department of Education to submit an annual report to the Legislature and State Apprenticeship Advisory Council detailing the number of apprenticeship/preapprenticeship programs, sponsors, participants by trade, and state funding amounts

Creates the Florida Apprenticeship Grant Program, subject to legislative appropriation, allowing registered apprenticeship program sponsors to apply for grant awards to fund their programs

Requires the Department of Education to publish website information on how Florida College System institutions or school districts can serve as local educational agencies for administering apprenticeship programs

Assigns the department responsibility for instruction coordination when a program sponsor receives a grant award from the new Florida Apprenticeship Grant Program
