Creates immunity from arrest, charge, prosecution, or penalization for people who in good faith seek medical assistance for someone experiencing an alcohol-related overdose, provided they remain at the scene and cooperate with emergency personnel

Extends immunity to individuals under 21 who experience or believe they are experiencing an alcohol-related overdose and seek medical assistance, protecting them from underage drinking violations

Expands existing drug overdose immunity protections to cover additional offenses including murder charges (s. 782.04(1)(a)3.), drug possession and trafficking (s. 893.13, s. 893.135), and drug paraphernalia violations (s. 893.147)

Prohibits penalizing individuals for violations of pretrial release, probation, or parole conditions if the evidence was obtained as a result of seeking medical assistance for a drug overdose

Specifies that immunity protections cannot be used as grounds to suppress evidence in other unrelated criminal prosecutions
