Requires any person at the scene of an emergency who knows another person is exposed to or has suffered serious bodily injury to provide reasonable assistance, as long as doing so does not endanger themselves or others

Defines "reasonable assistance" as contacting, obtaining, or attempting to contact or obtain aid from law enforcement or medical personnel

Creates a second-degree misdemeanor penalty for failing to provide reasonable assistance under these circumstances

Amends the Good Samaritan Act (s. 768.13, F.S.) by adding this new duty to assist requirement
