Expands the definition of "employee" under the lewd or lascivious exhibition statute to include personnel employed at or performing contractual services for county detention facilities

Extends protections previously limited to state correctional institution and private correctional facility employees to also cover county correctional personnel

Prohibits detained persons from intentionally masturbating, exposing genitals in a lewd manner, or committing other sexual acts in the presence of employees they know or should know are facility personnel

Violation constitutes a third-degree felony, punishable under Florida's standard felony sentencing guidelines (sections 775.082, 775.083, or 775.084)
