Creates section 943.0586, F.S. to require the Criminal Justice Information Program to administratively seal criminal history records of minors upon notification from the clerk of court

Applies to minors charged with felonies, misdemeanors, or comparable violations when charges are declined by the state attorney or statewide prosecutor, dismissed, nolle prosequi, or result in acquittal/not guilty verdict with all prosecution appeals exhausted or appeal deadline passed

Sealing under this section has the same legal effect as sealing under existing statute section 943.059(4)

Does not prevent minors from later petitioning for expunction or sealing under other applicable statutes if they meet eligibility requirements

Effective July 1, 2019, contingent on enactment of SB 938 or similar legislation in the same legislative session
