Expands the definition of "practice of the profession of pharmacy" to explicitly include ordering and evaluating laboratory or clinical testing, conducting patient assessments, and initiating, modifying, discontinuing, or administering medicinal drugs by consultant pharmacists under section 465.0125.

Authorizes consultant pharmacists to provide medication management services within a collaborative practice agreement with physicians, podiatric physicians, or dentists, including ordering lab tests, conducting patient assessments, and initiating or modifying drug therapy.

Requires consultant pharmacists and collaborating practitioners to maintain collaborative practice agreements that must be made available upon request or inspection by the Department of Health.

Defines "health care facility" to include hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, nursing homes, home health agencies, hospices, alcohol and chemical dependency treatment centers, and ambulatory care centers.

Effective date is July 1, 2019.
