Authorizes chiropractic physicians who complete a minimum 36-hour training course to order, store, possess, prescribe, and administer articles of natural origin including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, botanicals, and homeopathics

Permits licensed pharmacists to fill orders from authorized chiropractors for articles of natural origin necessary for chiropractic medicine practice

Defines "contact classroom" as in-person instruction where presenters and attendees are physically present on site

Allows up to 10 continuing education hours to be completed online instead of in-person contact classroom hours, with online courses required to meet competency-based and Shareable Content Object Reference Model standards

Repeals section 460.4166 relating to registered chiropractic assistants, effective July 1, 2019
