Allocates 0.16 full-time equivalent (FTE) student membership for each student in an Advanced Placement course who scores 3 or higher on the College Board Advanced Placement Examination.

Allocates an additional 0.3 FTE student membership for each student who receives an Advanced Placement Capstone Diploma while meeting standard high school diploma requirements under section 1003.4282.

Requires school districts to allocate at least 80 percent of Advanced Placement instructional funds to the high school that generates those funds.

Provides bonuses to Advanced Placement teachers: $50 per student scoring 3 or higher on the examination, plus an additional $500 bonus for teachers in schools with a grade of "D" or "F" who have at least one student with a qualifying score.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
