• Authorizes the division to revoke or refuse to issue/renew vacation rental licenses when operation violates lease terms, property restrictions, or applicable local laws and ordinances.

• Allows division-issued reports on vacation rental transactions to be shared with the Department of Revenue and local governments for tax auditing and code compliance purposes.
