Replaces references to "Council on Chiropractic Education" with "an accrediting agency recognized by the United States Secretary of Education" throughout chiropractic licensing and regulation statutes.

Allows chiropractic students and degree holders from foreign institutions to be eligible for licensure if the board finds their educational program reasonably comparable to accredited U.S. institutions, based on third-party evaluations.

Removes requirement that chiropractic college clinical internships be located in Florida, allowing internships at accredited institutions outside the state.

Creates new licensure pathway for applicants with valid chiropractic licenses in another U.S. state or territory who have actively practiced for 10 years without license discipline.

Removes requirement for students in final year of chiropractic college to pay all fees before taking licensure examinations.
